So clean, staff have the best customer service skills that I have come across. Always decorating and cleaning makes this a pleasure to visit.

Arrived at 11.59 today and make joke of having rushed through the snow to get in by 12 to get reduced price. A staff member said we were too late and would have to pay full price. While it’s only a small saving it reflects an unhelpful attitude so on principle we walked away. Went to the other sauna in Newcastle and had a great time. This makes no business sense and left us feeling unwelcome! Checked my phone after we left and it was 12.02. Disappointing!

First time here at what is an extended centre, now twice the size as before with improved changing areas; a lovely fresh and clean place, warm, inviting and well lit, the cinema area is sizable but bleak though maybe the centre of meets. Lovely hot steam room and sauna a bit squeezed but quite busy and an intriguing layout with private rooms over 3 floors. Had a great time , these Geordie boys know a good time in groups and in pairs. I found was quite depleted of juices by the end and of an all night session seemed very hot and cruisy, some very hairy and some exceptionally big men ( over 9 ) in here if that's to your taste and a range of ages all amenable to action too. Must return again

Visited 52 for thefirst time. I found it clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Had a great time with my mate and met some really nice people. Will deffo be retutning.

Was my first visit I was very nervous at first. People could see I was sitting in the sauna with my head down when I heard this voice say "this your first time in hear", yea how did you guess, don't worry I was the same you will be fine, if you don't want to do anything with any one just say no thanks, and they will leave if you want. I'll show you round till you get used to things and he did and now I'm going back again for so.e fun. I love it.

Staff here are so rude, they should all have a lesson in good customer service and good manners. I wouldn't bother going.

Been a member since it opened and it is a great facility for gay and bisexual men of all ages. The newly built extension has really improved the jacuzzi experience with more improvements to be introduced.

When I went there was hardly anybody there and one guy kept following me around and wouldn't take the hint. So I left. But the facilities were fine - clean, and the Jacuzzi was nice and hot. I guess you have to just work out when's the best time to go.

Excellent facilities all of which are regularly renewed and kept in a good state of repair. Showers spotless and working. Steamroom, sauna and jacuzzi in top condition and clean. Cleaning continues throughout the day. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Cafe area does really good snacks and drinks at excellent prices. Try the other one by all means, but this one is the tops in town
