Was in Milan from 18 to 21 August 18 beautiful city and royal hamman is not only big but nicely maintained, atmosphere is very relaxing on first day I didn't have much of encounter as many of locals are out for vacation but next day and day after their was no shortage of hot mature men I visited many saunas during my Europe 6 country visit Royal hamman stood out. Highly recommend.

Sexist and unfriendly. Dated ambience and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

The RH Sauna is very beautiful place, but the service is really poor if you are an occasional visitor. I prefer the Metro Sauna nearby Central Station.

Only one thing i remember of this sauna: its MASSEUR GIAN! I got a massage from Gian, who also has his studio in the center of Milan and... woh!!! IT WAS AMAZING! A perfect combination of techniques and sensuality. I felt brand new.

Of course the staff are a bit rude, of course the place is not really clean. hey: this is Italy! I travel there four times a year because I almost always find a sexy mixture of younger guys, Italians and expats. It's for having fun with hot men you go to a gay sauna, not for hygiene, right?

Pros - This place is popular and some of the guys are hot. Cons - the place smells, very dirty, and the service at the door is rude.

Seriously, the front desk person is the rudest and unfriendly person I ever met in any sauna I ever been in the world. He is very impatient towards foreigners and made fun of me when I spoke English (Apparently he just want to talk to people who can speak Italian). I went there on Thursday night. The facility is really good, but there were really few people.
