I left after going through the entire sauna and counting 8 people. 7 of them were over 50 and overweight (if you’re into that thing then great!). The guy at the door told me earlier that there were “about 50 guys inside”, I doubt 42 guys left in the hour I was there. Compared to western saunas (Berlin, Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Madrid!) very poor value for money - no jacuzzi, no lounge, tiny maze, no guys and very expensive considering all that (£15!)

I went last Wednesday around 9 pm and it was completely empty. There were three guys who kept asking when will be more people. Also, it is quite expensive to chill just few hours in sauna. In addition, the wet sauna was smelling strange.

We were there on the 1st of May, sort of like a holiday but there were very few people. The sauna itself is very decent, the local people say that there are a lot of people on Friday-Saturday.

Wir (26&31) waren Freitag zur Schaumparty und direkt einen Tag später Samstags in der Babylonia Sauna. Die Location befindet sich zentral in der Stadt und lässt sich mit einem Uber oder auch füssläufig je nach Hotel gut erreichen. Der Eintritt beträgt nach 16 Uhr 300 CZK und ist somit verglichen mit Deutschland recht günstig. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht mit Freundlichkeit gesegnet - ist uns aber soweit nicht weiter wichtig. Man erhält am Eingang einen Schlüssel mit seinem eigenen Spind und gelangt dann durch den Barbereich in den Saunabereich. Die teilweise unterschiedlichen Bewertungen haben uns am Anfang ein wenig verunsichert, aber im Nachhinein hängt es wohl komplett vom Abend und ein wenig Glück ab. Am Freitag war die Auswahl an jungen, sexy Typen grandios - Samstags glich die Auswahl eher einem Gruselkabinett notgeiler Altherren die einen auf Schritt und Tritt verfolgt haben.. Die Getränkepreise sind für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr günstig, die Sauna grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt. Eine Dampfsauna roch jedoch sehr unangenehm, in der anderen war es jedoch okay..

The naked party sounds like fun and runs from 14:00. The venue is super clean and well kept. Unlike many saunas in Germany and Holland which have free condom dispensers throughout the sauna, they do not have condoms available at all. As well, I did not find a water fountain anywhere. After 1.5 hours of being the ONLY person in the club, 4 others arrived. It was a total waste of time.

Went there on a Friday evening. Busy with lots of very hot guys. The Steam room with foam is really good. Staff very pleasant. Overall very impressed.

It was a big foam party, the night was crazy..a lots of hot guys, lots of action... Definitely will be back again and would be in my visit list!!!

Went there on beginning of December. It's weekdays so I didnt expect many people and I was right. There were about less than 10 people so far, mostly old and not attractive. On the bright side, the staff is very friendly and it's super clean and look very very modern. You can try on weekday it might be a lot better. That day I wait for about 1 hour from 17,00-18,00 when no one attractive come I change to new sauna and got lucky there. Though I went to this new suana (not gonna say name here since this is for Babylonia review) again next day and no attractive people. So I guess it does also depends on luck.

Facilities are good. Good dry sauna; I loved that it has two steam rooms, both of them very cruisy. When I visited, they had a foam party: really funny. Guys there have great disposition to cruise.

War an einem Dienstag Nachmittag da. Nebst mir ca. 5 Typen im Alter von 50++. Hat eine kleine Holzsauna, zwei Dampfsaunas, eine Bar, ein paar Duschen. Alles relativ eng, wirkt altmodisch. Ich habe nach dem ersten Saunagang gleich den Rückweg angetreten. War nicht das Meine.

First visit here as we read the place was renewed and indeed it's all new and done in quality materials and high standards. Very nice done. The reception and staff are friendlier than at Labyrint, more welcoming. We went on a Saturday evening, not that much crowd the whole evening (went from 5:30pm till 01:00am) and locals keep it local and within their friends to have their fun. But still you will get your share of it when you make an extra effort. :-) The crowd is mixed with mostly 35-55ish, also quite some 55-65ish and only a few 20-35ish guys. The steam rooms are very hot and standing up in them isn't something you will do very long because of the heat. Some activities there, but it seems most happens in the cabins in the basement (I guess because of the heat in the steam rooms). Too bad they don't have a jacuzzi, but they have a sitting area in between the two steam rooms and a very nice area with loungers to take a rest at the end of the very nice shower area. We always wear slippers and can only advise everyone to do so. The cleanliness is okay, they didn't really clean during our stay but all seems to be kept quite clean by visitors. We did like the sauna because of the new interior and clenliness, but the crowd and activity level was a bit disappointing. So a little plus for Labyrint on that. ;-) One improvement would be to give out a condom with the towel. They have a small glass with some condoms at the bar, but everyone is watching you when you want to grab one and I think partly because of that not everyone seems to be using them here. Safety would improve by just hannding every visitor one condom at the reception. ;-)

I visited sauna Babylonia on a Tuesday evening, early November. I stayed in the sauna from 8 until 10 pm. After entering, a cute looking, bearded guy opened a window telling me that I had to pay 300 Kc. I received a single towel. Later, I figured out that you can get a second towel for 10 Kc. The changing room is a quite open space. Finding the showers needs some navigation, as you have to pass the bar area. From then on, it is pretty straightforward. The whole area is actually pretty nice. It still looks fresh with sufficient light in the shower and Finnish sauna areas. The sauna itself is not very large, but large enough to accommodate five or so. At the time I visited, there were 15 or so other guys aged somewhere between mid thirties and early forties, with one older bloke and one pre-thirty. After heating up in the Finnish sauna, I relaxed on one of the lounge chairs. It's a great place to watch naked bodies. There was not a lot of talking, though. Adjacent to the relax area is one of the two steam rooms. I was a bit disappointed about this one: It was dark and the benches were just to cold to sit down. This team room is actually like a small maze, which you can exit on the other side. Opposite of this steam room is the entrance of a second steam room. This one is even darker (man, why so dark?), and much hotter. Here, the benches are too hot to sit down. But sitting down is apparently not the reason to enter the room. Hardly in there, a good looking guy entered and immediately went into action. Man, that was good! After relaxing a bit in the bar (prices are reasonable: a beer costs 50 Kc), I went into the cellar were you find cabins. Lots of action there and no problems to find a nice bloke to share a cabin with. After a last time in the Finnish sauna and some cooling down, I decided to leave. I had a great time! I would definitely come back when I'm in Prague again. Good: nice atmosphere, friendly staff, modern and clean. Less good: Steam rooms are very dark. I do not understand why there are two rooms. Instead, a whirl pool would be better.

The place used to be really run down so it was a nice surprise to see it has been renovated. The gym was still great. The place is probably the most happening sauna in town with men of all size and shape. Best to visit during weekend.

Nice and very clean place. Nice dry sauna - a bit small for place like that. Didn't like steam saunas... Just not my cup of coffee - too dark and no jacuzzi!!!!!! Sauna with no jacuzzi??? Price as every where else, service ok, The sexiest guy I saw there was a gay behind the bar... Shame jacuzzi is missing. Will I go there again? NO!

Heard Babylonia was recently renovated, so I wanted to check it out. The facilities looked very nice, very clean and modern. Particularly liked the bar area. Oh, don't forget to check out their Foam Party on Friday and the Naked Party on Sundays.
