Staff really rude to clients, to answer whatever questions we might have, to sell drinks, everything. Cabins were extremely hot and small. Big beds were stained. Really expensive but not worth it.

Located way out of the city-center. Staff is arrogant and unfriendly. No slippers, and carpet! Watch out for fungi.

I visited this sauna on 14 December 2017. Everything was very good. Everywhere is clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Very convenient location in a big building with the name of house which leads to easily found. Decided to went in for 1 night stop over in Antwerp since very closed to hotel where I stayed, welcoming was a plain unfriendly attitude same goes to the time when I order the drinks ( payable, not free ) the attitude was still there. So decided to forget about it since the main aim to visit sauna is not for the staff friendliness but the crowd is matter, it was crowd on weekend with range of age, perhaps due to many stairs to climb so not so many elder guy around, the building was big with 3 or 4 story level furnished with Carpet on the stairs that make it a bit like a Castle or Palace! Even better than sauna Macho in Brussels, at least based on my experience. If the staff treated all visitor equally, all 5* on this review would be done!

After extensive renovations, the cleanest and busiest sauna in Antwerp. Lively steambath, big swimming pool, and a lot of action in the showers as well. No idea when Sergej was here, but I haven't seen any carpets anywhere and I've been coming to Antwerp for five years! Some of the staff are friendly, but the two older guys in their thirties are downright rude. Better stay in the basement, where the fun is. Oh, and I hate the jacuzzi because it is cleaned with smelly products every damn day. Steambath, pool and shower maze is where the action is.

No slippers to buy. You have to go on the dirty floor without shoes. All carpets are old and dirty. The cabins are old and dirty. Am totally shocked!!!!!
