Club Marcella has been serving the gay community in Buffalo for almost thirty years. It's located in Buffalo's theatre district. Club Marcella is open from Thursday to Saturday. It's lots of fun and it often gets packed at weekends. The venue underwent considerable redevelopment in 2017.

There are usually two DJs playing in the two dancefloor areas. There's also an outdoor area. Club Marcella tends to attract a younger crowd.
