You can explore quieter towns like Puerto Morgan and Bahia Felize, where the beaches are less crowded and the nightlife is less high octane. Gran Canaris also has a growing number of smart boutique hotels and luxury shops.

If you're looking for a wild gay party vacation, then head to Maspalomas. It's more affordable than Mykonos. You can have lots of shameless fun, should the mood take you.
