Away Events - consisting of four friends and a dog - are organising gay boat parties, pool parties, afterparties and other special events on the island of Gran Canaria. They also have a variety of other activities available such as dolphin tours, naked hikes and more.

Gay boat parties are taking place every Friday from 2.30 until 7pm (50€). On the boat there will be plenty of food and drinks, water sports, and live DJs. Afterwards, you can choose to keep dancing at the Axel Beach Hotel. For 10€, a drink, pool, jacuzzi and a live DJ awaits you!

The biggest annual LGBT celebrations on Gran Canaria and one of the most popular in Spain.

Each year, the 10-day festival attracts tens of thousands participants from around the world, featuring a huge parade, shows, dance parties, events and fun activities.

The 17th Edition of Maspalomas Gay Pride is from May 2-12, 2019. Most parties and events take place at the world-renowned Yumbo Center in Playa del Ingles. If you've missed out, there's also a Winter Pride Maspalomas in November.

Bottoms Up Gay & Lesbian Boat Party has been going strong since launching in Maspalomas on 25th October 2013! The wonderful hospitality and fantastic memories made will ensure you leave as part of the family.

The party happens each Wednesday, meeting at Buddies in the Yumbo Centre, and take the bus to the harbour at Puerto Rico – by then you’re ready to hit the dance floor! You will then sail the North Atlantic for 5 hours, stopping by Anfi Del Mar, Amadores and Puerto Mogan – some of the most beautiful beaches on this island!

During the trip the DJ will be putting you in the mood for dancing – first of all with the Best of Vocal House, followed by some Cheesy Pop Classics and finally the best of the 80’s and 90’s! After the madness, you will then return to harbour ready to continue the party, or maybe a quick nap to prepare you for the evening after party where you can watch the DVD of amazing times had throughout the day!
