Cafe Babalú is a popular gay-owned cafe in Reykjavik with an extensive selection of cakes. The decor is very colourful. It's a great place to stop for a snack in the afternoon, especially if you have a sweet tooth. Good coffee too. Popular with locals and tourists alike.
