      Gay-owned bar in downtown Luang Prabang. Chez Matt serves an excellent range of wine (by the glass and bottle), whiskey, cocktails and other alcoholic drinks.

      Located in gay-friendliest part of town. Food can be ordered and brought in from nearby restaurants.
