Puerto Rico Gay Services

The Los Angeles LGBT Center has been supporting the local LGBT community since 1969. With over 600 employees, it does an awful lot of good work. From health services to live events and advocacy, the centre offers many services.

First City Pride Center is an inclusive advocacy, social, and service organization actively working to meet the needs for safety, empowerment, education, and wellbeing of Greater Savannah’s LGBTQIA+ community.

One of only two LGBTQIA+ centers in Georgia, First City Pride Center is a trans-led and volunteer-driven registered not for profit organization serving the greater Savannah LGBTQIA+ community and 12+ surrounding Georgia counties.

Services include free HIV Testing, low-cost therapy services, support and social groups, and events such as the Savannah Pride Festival.

Pride Center of Maryland provides a number of services to gay residents in Baltimore, including STI testing, elder services, transgender support, meetups and more. It's a safe space where you can access non-judgemental support.

Around 40 different groups/programs take place each month at the Utah Pride Center. It's a pretty extensive space.

Gay City: Seattle's LGBTQ Center, formerly known as Gay City Health Project, is a multicultural LGBTQ nonprofit organization based in Seattle, Washington. Gay City was formed in 1995 during the HIV/AIDS epidemic. In the mid-2000s, Gay City introduced a Wellness Center that provided HIV testing and STI screening.

There is a wellness center and a resource center on-site, check their website for opening times. Program for LGBTQ Youths available.

 

This is the world's largest archive of LGBT+ history on earth. West Hollywood is one of the gayest places in America, so it has found a fitting home. You can see exhibits of LGBT+ history. There are also regular events and exhibitions.

This is their mission statement:

"The ONE Archives Foundation, Inc. collects, preserves, and protects LGBTQ history, art, and culture in collaboration with ONE Archives at the USC Libraries. To provide access to the ONE collection, the Foundation presents and supports projects, programs, exhibitions, and education to share the LGBTQ experience with diverse communities worldwide."

Bears of Old Pueblo is a social group that meets at different times around Tucson.

Bear Coffee at Crave takes place every Tuesday at 7:30pm (4530 E Broadway Blvd).  Bear themed chit chat over food and drinks. First-timers and out of towners welcome.

The Monthly Potluck & Meeting takes place on the second Saturday of each month. Check the website for more details about times and locations. Do bring a dish.
