Seoul Gay Dance Clubs

Seoul's popular gay dance club Pulse closed down in October 2017, and the Pulse team launched a new gay club night called "HIM", open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

The new late-night Club HIM features DJ's spinning techno, house and pop music and hosts regular themed events with guest DJ's. K-Pop night on Thursdays.

Le Queen closed its doors in December 2016 and now hosts an after-hours club called HOMPA, open Tuesday through Saturday.

The late-night venue features a bar, dance floor, lounge area and a raised outdoor patio. Regular themed events with international guest DJ's and go-go dancers.

HOMPA attracts both gay locals and foreigners and gets particularly busy on the weekend.

Basement nightclub on 'Homo Hill'. TRANCE is especially crowded on late Friday and Saturday nights when they have drag performances.

There's a cover charge which includes one free drink. Drinks are reasonably priced. Cruisy. Attracts both locals and foreigners. Open every night until late.

New club night of K-pop & dance music for men. KING (run by The GRAY team) takes place in Itaewon, featuring guest DJ's and shows.

Small dance club on Homo Hill, opposite QUEEN bar, with international LGBT crowd is in their 20's and 30's. SOHO has video screens, a stage for dancing, and a nice outdoor patio for socialising and smoking.

Music is mainly hits and remixes with some Korean songs. Open Thursday to Sunday, from 8pm.

GRAY was once a underground nightclub in Itaewon with stage and podium, popular with the gay crowd every weekend.

Since October 2017, the venue has closed. GRAY Club still organizes themed party nights (Wolf, Bear Ball) that get very busy after 1am - check the Facebook page for announcement of the next event.

Located a 2-minute walk from Itaewon Station (Line 6), on the main street (on the same side as Hamilton Hotel).

LGBT-popular meeting place for fashion industry leaders and celebrities from around the world, with a luxurious interior, premium drink menu and Asian inspired tapas.

The interior of Glam Lounge combines various design elements, with oversized arched windows, a large bullet-shaped bar, made of black marble and 19th century French antique lighting.

Glam Lounge hosts premium Funktion One sound system with international DJ's playing the best techno and house music. There is a private zone known as "Terrace Baron" - perfect for a large group gathering, brand launching or corporate events.

One of the hottest dance clubs in Seoul, attracting a mixed, trendy, good-looking crowd.

Octagon features a great sound system, with two floors, two DJ's, a massive VIP section and a pool. Not exclusively gay, but the club does not take too much "gaydar" to identify a fellow gay clubber.

Located in Gangnam District. Take Line 7 to Nonhyeon Station and either walk up the hill to New Hilltop Hotel or take a taxi.
